New Hampshire vote fraud evidence elicits calls for recount

by Tom Flocco

New York—January 12, 2008——Evidence of vote fraud in Tuesday’s New Hampshire Primary has inflamed the internet with reports that disparities exist between swapped precinct percentages regarding Diebold electronic optical scanning machines versus hand-counted ballots involving presidential candidates Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama.

Curiously—with percentages so perfect as if someone was attempting to entrap the perpetrators—Democratic Senator Hillary Clinton received 91,717 votes or 52.95% in precincts using Diebold Accuvote optical scan electronic voting machines and 20,889 votes or 47.05% of ballots from precincts using hand-counted votes.

Democratic Senator Barack Obama received the same 52.95% or 23,509 votes in hand-counted precincts and the same 47.05% or 81,495 votes in precincts using Diebold optical scanning tabulators, both according to analysts at the Election Defense Alliance (EDA) who used results from the New Hampshire Secretary of State website, raising questions as to how the percentage swap occurred.

More importantly, CNN, MSNBC, FOX and the three television networks all had scores of election analysts and exit poll reporters watching New Hampshire ballot returns like hawks, yet all failed to report the above anomaly to New Hampshire voters.

There is also evidence that at least one cable television network may have already known about vote count and percentage anomalies given the manner in which coverage was affected according to one authority with strong U.S. intelligence connections.

Election officials and supervisors tasked with assuring a fair ballot count also kept quiet regarding the curious vote percentage swap when it should have raised eyebrows, especially given years of national complaints about Diebold electronic voting machine accuracy and controversial Diebold election results in other states.

The news media also failed to report the total number of hand-count and Diebold electronic precincts won by each candidate and whether Clinton overwhelmingly won the Diebold precincts or whether Obama convincingly won hand-count precincts—both of which may indicate additional evidence of voting “irregularities.”

Curiously, the Obama and Clinton campaigns have also not commented on the Diebold optical scanner and hand-count disparities, raising more questions despite the fact that both groups undoubtedly had hundreds of aides and campaign workers carefully observing the Granite State Primary results and final percentage and exit polling irregularities.

Lori Price of Citizens for Legitimate Government was referenced by Keith Olbermann of MSNBC regarding her analysis of the Clinton-Obama vote count; but it was also revealed that voting disparities existed in the vote count of Congressman and presidential candidate Ron Paul.

An astonishing voter education project posted on clearly demonstrates and explains in minutes just how the New Hampshire Primary vote count could have been altered ( “Silvestro the cat / NH voting” ) to provide Hillary Clinton with her win over Barack Obama according to voting activist group,

Beverly Harris, the group’s spokesperson, has long asserted that Diebold optical-scanners used to tabulate the New Hampshire Primary have no secondary cross-check or audit to ensure accuracy, all of which relies upon the faith of the voters that election night ballot counts were not altered with malice.

According to Harris, LHS associates—a single private entity contracted by the state—astonishingly had control over coding for every memory card in New Hampshire while requiring a right of access to any Diebold voting machine at any time, services the machines, maintains the machines and handles repairs, replacements and troubleshooting on Election Day.

“Ken Hajjar, a key employee of this sole source private entity, LHS Associates, has a criminal record for narcotics trafficking,” said Harris.

Moreover, the state of New Hampshire knew of this conviction but approved the contractor anyway; and “according to a complaint filed with the New Hampshire Attorney General, Hajjar had called the Dan Pierce radio show in 1999 and threatened to rig an election,” added Harris. interviewed Harris on two occasions regarding documents revealing that three hours were missing from electronic election night audit logs during the 2004 presidential election, all of which related to controversial Global Election Systems (GEMS) software used in optical scan voting machines counting some 50% of the Bush-Kerry 2004 votes in 37 states!

Our report Hacking the Presidency details more evidence via additional curious 2002 election upsets (particularly in Georgia) which set the stage for electronic voting corporations and political forces to turn aside the electoral wishes of the U.S. populace in 2004, 2006 and thus far in 2008 primaries.

U.S. intelligence authority Thomas Heneghan said “sources close to U.S. and French intelligence reported that computer memory program cards of 7 to 1 were installed into certain Diebold machines in specific selected New Hampshire counties favoring the tally of Hillary Clinton.”

“National Security Agency-sponsored Massachusetts company LHS Associates placed the vote-rigging computer virus called “PCOMCIA” into New Hampshire Diebold machines enabling the Bush-Clinton Crime Syndicate to steal the New Hampshire Primary for Clinton,” said Heneghan.

Heneghan further alleged that “the virus was placed into the Diebold computer on election night at 8:00 p.m. EST, utilizing cell phones, emails and Westar satellites in conjunction with a Chicago-based brokerage firm and CNN network satellites.”

More specifically, Heneghan said “between 8:00 and 8:30 p.m. EST on New Hampshire Primary election night last Tuesday, CNN showed Senator Obama with a 38% to 33% lead and a 1,500 vote edge in the actual tally,” adding that “this lasted for 14 seconds and immediately CNN showed Hillary Clinton back in front by 3%.

During that same half hour, Heneghan said “CNN showed an additional 2,500 votes added to Mrs. Clinton’s total vote count while the vote count of Senator Obama remained static with zero votes added to his total,” all of which of necessity should require careful TV footage analysis by those spearheading a New Hampshire recount initiative requested by Congressman and presidential Candidate Dennis Kucinich.

New Hampshire primary night television footage and coverage by CNN has not been thoroughly analyzed to ensure that the network did not have advance knowledge that percentage vote swapping irregularities allegedly related to capabilities of Diebold optical scanning machines would in fact occur.

New Hampshire employs Diebold electronic optical scanners in approximately 80% of voting precincts while using a hand-count method in the other 20% of polling places.

Wide media analysis resulted in reports that large numbers of older women—reportedly enticed by clear election-day weather—may have voted for Hillary Clinton while Granite State citizens may have misled exit poll reporters with veiled attempts to hide racism by indicating they would vote for Obama when asked, when in fact they voted for Mrs. Clinton.

At the least, a complete analysis and timeline study of television coverage footage, exit polls, precincts, race/gender precinct implications and the chain of custody of all election evidence, ballots and the capabilities of Diebold machines is clearly warranted, while also questioning those individuals involved in programming the suspect optical scanners and those officials who supervised the New Hampshire Primary.

During the fall 2006 congressional and gubernatorial elections, controversial if not illegal early votes in Florida and Texas tipped off insiders about voter tendencies, poll confirmations and demographic statistics at the expense of election day voters as some claimed that Democratic votes were swapped to the GOP column.

CNN and MSNBC confirmed yesterday that Democratic presidential candidate Dennis Kucinich received so many complaints from citizens regarding “unexplained disparities between hand-counted ballots and machine-counted ballots” that he has requested and been granted a vote recount as long as he pays for it—the financing of which would likely be provided by millions of interested American citizens on both sides of the aisle.

Kucinich added that the recount is “about establishing whether 100% of the voters had 100% of their votes counted exactly the way they cast them,” while stressing that the recount was not about his candidacy but more importantly about “the integrity of the election process.”

In his press release, the Ohio congressman said “New Hampshire is in the unique position to address—and, if so determined, rectify—these issues before they escalate into a massive, nationwide suspicion of the process by which Americans elect their President,” adding that “Based on the controversies surrounding the presidential elections in 2004 and 2000, New Hampshire is in a prime position to investigate possible irregularities and to issue findings for the benefit of the entire nation.”

“Without an official recount, the voters of New Hampshire and the rest of the nation will never know whether there are flaws in our electoral system that need to be identified and addressed at this relatively early point in the presidential nominating process,” said Kuchinich.

U.S. and international intelligence agents closely watched the activities of satellites during and after the 2004 elections as U.S. Intelligence Special Operations Group (SOG) sources indicated that electronic vote tabulators in some states are being linked to and monitored by global positioning satellites. is another source for comparing small-town/large town, hand-count/machine count and other source analysis of the New Hampshire Primary vote results.
